Description

This slightly reduced fat cocoa powder has a higher cocoa butter content and allows the aromas of cocoa to develop more intensely. When added to cakes, drinks and desserts they take on an intense chocolaty taste. The raw cocoa beans are sourced from Latin America and Africa and are grown traditionally and according to organic guidelines.

Preparing drinking chocolate: Mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar in a cup, depending on your preference. Add a little milk, vegan milk alternative or pure water over it and stir well. Top up with hot milk etc. while stirring constantly - enjoy!
