Description

Bruschetta is one of the most famous Italian antipasti, as important as the salt in the soup. Historically it was more of a "poor man's food", which consisted of toasted bread rubbed with garlic and olive oil. To this day, many variations have evolved from it. This combination is suitable for Bruschetta con pomodoro e basilico, and has a spicy kick. We have added chillies. A great combination of herbs and spiciness unfolds with the first bite. Dice tomatoes and mix them with our mix and olive oil. Finish with various breads. We recommend using genuine bruschetta wheat bread.The slices are best lightly roasted in the pan or toaster.
