Description
The Ebbe & Flut spice set by Küstenglut from Ankerkraut contains a pair of spice mixes that add the perfect flavour to your meat preparations. The Ebbe spice mix is ideal for dry-brining meat and consists of fleur de sel, smoked salt, coconut blossom sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, turmeric, onion and celery seed. After cooking, Flut rounds out the flavour of the meat with a harmonious blend of different types of pepper, paprika and rosemary. Both spice mixes are free from flavour enhancers, additives, palm oil and anti-caking agents.
Tips:
- Use 1 teaspoon of Ebbe for 500 g of meat.
- After Ebbe, it's time to season with Flut. Ideally, season your meat with Ebbe the day before. The Flut by Küstenglut spice mix adds the finishing touch after grilling.
