Ankerkraut Ebbe & Flut by Küstenglut Set

The Ebbe & Flut spice set by Küstenglut from Ankerkraut contains a pair of spice mixes that add the perfect flavour to your meat preparations. The Ebbe spice mix is ideal for dry-brining meat and consists of fleur de sel, smoked salt, coconut blossom sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, turmeric, onion and celery seed. Both spice mixes are free from flavour enhancers, additives, palm oil and anti-caking agents.

Tips:

• Use 1 teaspoon of Ebbe for 500 g of meat.
