This spice mix is free from flavour enhancers, salt, additives, palm oil and anti-caking agents. To achieve the perfect touch of flavour, sprinkle a dusting of Flut over meat after it is cooked.

Tips:

After Ebbe, it is time to season with Flut - Ideally, season your meat the day before with Ebbe by Küstenglut by Ankerkraut and refrigerate in an open container. Flut adds the perfect finishing touch after grilling.
Make an excellent BBQ rub by mixing 3 teaspoons of Flut with 1 teaspoon of Ebbe.
