Description

Chocolate pudding is the perfect balm to soothe the soul and is delicious both hot and cold. The organic chocolate pudding powder by Arche is intensely chocolatey because of the high content of fine organic cocoa. It is gluten-free, vegan and contains no added sugar.

How to prepare:

Ingredients:

1 pack Arche Organic Chocolate Pudding
500 ml milk (or vegan alternative)
2 tablespoons sweetener such as sugar or sugar substitute

Take 6 tbsp of the measured amount of milk or vegan alternative and mix in the pudding powder and sweetener until smooth and free from lumps.
Bring the remaining liquid to a boil in a wide pot.
Stir the pudding mixture into the hot liquid. Bring to the boil again briefly under constant stirring.
Remove the pot from the heat and transfer the pudding into serving bowls. Let it cool or enjoy warm.

Tip: To create beautifully moulded puddings to serve on dessert plates, rinse the bowls or moulds out with cold water before filling them with the hot pudding. Let cool completely (at least 2 hours) before turning them out on dessert plates.
