Description

Gomasio is an integral part of Japanese cuisine and is a mix of roasted sesame seeds and sea salt. This Gomasio by Ache also contains nori flakes. The seasoning adds a savoury, salty and subtle nutty aroma to your food.

Use : You can use Gomasio as an alternative to table salt for the finishing touch to your dishes. Never cook it - always sprinkle it over food just before serving. Gomasio goes very well with rice (such as to season onigiri (Japanese rice balls) or for sushi), vegetables (especially potatoes), raw vegetables and salads. You can also season stews and soups with it.

Tip: For a special touch, sprinkle some Gomasio on your sandwiches.
