Ketjap Manis is probably the most important condiment in the cuisines of Indonesia and Malaysia. The thick, dark sauce is also known as "sweet soy sauce" and can be added to almost any savoury dish to perk it up. Use it to flavour rice and noodle dishes, fried or grilled meat, vegetables, fish and seafood.

Ketjap Manis by Arche is finely seasoned mild-spicy and has a mild sweet taste. The vegan, gluten-free seasoning sauce contains high-quality organic ingredients such as soy sauce, molasses and rice syrup.

Tip: You can use Ketjap Manis to flavour stir-fries and also as a marinade for meat. Please note, however, that Ketjap Manis can become slightly bitter if it is heated too much or for too long - therefore add it only towards the end of the cooking process.
