Matcha tea is made by grinding green tea leaves to a powder. Organic Matcha by Arche contains only the fine tips of the tea leaves.

1. Boil 150 to 200 ml of water and then cool to around 60 °C.
2. Take 1/2 tsp matcha powder in a matcha bowl (or other suitable bowl) and mix it with 2 tsp of the cooled water.
3. Add the remaining water.
4. Whip the tea vigorously for a few seconds with a Matcha bamboo whisk. This creates the fine, creamy foam that is typical of Matcha.
