The elderflower syrup is also a popular ingredient in summer cocktails, for example, in a "Hugo", which is made by mixing the syrup with prosecco and mineral water, then adding a splash of lime juice or lime slices to taste and garnishing with fresh mint.

Elderflower
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Can no longer be found in the UK, so I had to come here. The price is a little high, but then it is, probably, the best Elderflower cordial in the world. Believe me, I've tried every other one! No other, when diluted with sparkling water, tastes like the elderflower fizz we used to make as children. Other makers fill the cordial full of sulphites etc (yuk) or even worse, artificial sweeteners. Not D'Arbo. In addition, the delivery was very quick for Austria to the UK, and the emails sent were very informative, and there have been no pestering marketing emails afterwards.
