Description

This high-quality frying pan from De Buyer is made of robust steel and has a lyonnaise profile with sturdy, thick walls that do not warp or get deformed. It is ideal for searing, browning, grilling and caramelising food and is suitable for a wide range of dishes.

Made of high-quality steel, it comes with a protective beeswax coating that offers optimal protection against oxidation and facilitates seasoning. The riveted French-style curved handle ensures comfortable handling and is easy to hold and use. The handle has a hole at the top end to hang it up for storage.
