Recipe idea:
Carpaccio with summer vegetables and melon
Finely chop vegetables such as zucchini and artichoke bottoms, marinate with tomato-vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, then serve with wafer-thin slices of beef tenderloin and finely chopped slices of the melon.
