Description
The creative packaging of the "Good Hair Day Pasta" immediately catches the eye, making it a fun gift! It isn't just fun to look at, the durum wheat semolina pasta is made just with water. The pasta is pressed using the traditional bronze process. This means that the pasta dough is pressed through special bronze plates. This gives the Cavatappi a roughened surface and a denser structure than conventional pasta. Thus, the sauce sticks particularly well to the noodles and they get the desired firm consistency when cooked.
Preparation tip: The tubular, short pasta is best eaten with pesto, tomato sauce or cheese sauces. They also go wonderfully in casseroles and pasta salads.
Cooking time: approx. 8 to 9 minutes

Cavatappi Pasta
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Wow, just wow. What a quality, what a taste. Really try it with a good sauce but they are also excellent with garlic and butter.
