Description
Risotto al Vino adds an appetising colour to your plate! Naturally coloured with red wine and beetroot powder and originally packaged in "Good Hair Day Risotto" style, it is a wonderful addition to a gift basket for anyone who loves flavourful delicacies.
Method of Preparation:
Heat some olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the risotto along with chopped onions, salt and pepper. Add 850 ml water and cook. You can also add some vegetable broth during the cooking process. Once cooked, let it rest briefly and stir in butter and garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
