Description
Bright red spaghetti with a deliciously spicy taste! The pasta dough made from durum wheat semolina is refined with a spice blend of chili, paprika and garlic. It goes well with any sauce or pesto, but the fiery aromas harmonise particularly well with creamy sauces.
The pasta is made in Umbria using the traditional bronze extrusion process resulting in a denser texture and a roughened surface. The pasta stays firm to the bite while the rougher surface helps sauces adhere better.
