Description
Ashwood smoking chunks have a particularly savoury and almost earthy aroma. They are 100% natural, untreated and air-dried. The wood is sourced from their own forest in Lower Austria. All Köhlerei Hochecker products are processed and packed by hand.

Additional Information
How to use: Before using, soak the chunks in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and place the chunks on glowing charcoal. This releases the aromatic smoke from the wood chunks which is transferred to the food being grilled.
