This delicious balsamic vinegar cream is made from concentrated organic grape must and organic balsamic vinegar from Modena. Cornflour ensures the luscious creamy consistency and makes it ideal for decorating, garnishing and refining a variety of dishes.

It has a mild sweet taste with subtle acidity that adds an exquisite flavour to meat, fish, cheese, carpaccio and caprese. Drizzle over desserts and cut fruits as a flavourful topping.
