The youngest vinegar this selection has to offer must be at least 12 years old and requires quality control by the Consorzio. Only when matured for at least 25 years, it may bear the grade Extra Vecchio. Complex aromas and a deep intensity makes this Balsamico a sought after seasoning essence.
