Description

Discover MONIN's Caramel Sauce - golden-brown and creamy, with delicate buttery-nutty aromas and a subtle sweetness! It adds an intense caramel flavour to coffee specialities, desserts and even cocktails that neither young nor old can resist.

Recipe: Caramel Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients:

  • 15 ml MONIN Caramel Sauce
  • 30 ml coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml brown rum
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 coffee beans

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients along with 1 glass of ice cubes in an electric blender. Pour into the glass of your choice and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
