Description
To make this 5-grain flour, 5 different types of grain are slowly and gently ground using stone rollers made of French natural stone.
The flour is made up of the following grains:
- 40% type 0 soft wheat flour
- 20% whole wheat barley flour
- 20% type 2 rye flour
- 10% whole grain oat flour
- 10% rice flour
The grains all come from organic farming. The organic 5-grain flour is particularly suitable for bread and hearty pastries.
