Azienda Agricola Musso is located at the northeastern border of Piedmont, near the Alpine foothills at Biellaps. The family-owned business realised in the early 1900s that the climatic and geological conditions here were optimal for growing high-quality rice. For example, they grow the Arborio and Carnaroli varieties, which are perfect for risotto, as well as the S. Andrea long-grain rice, which is typical of the region.
The range also includes risotto mixes with high-quality ingredients such as freeze-dried vegetables and fine vegetable broth free from MSG, added colours and preservatives.
