Enjoy sweet treats without the calories with Erythritol by nu3. This natural sugar substitute, obtained by fermenting corn sugar, has a light sweet taste and is suitable for baking and cooking. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that is found in small quantities in fruit and vegetables. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 2 g per kg of body weight as it can have a laxative effect.
Recommended consumption:
Replace the amount of sugar specified in recipes with 1.2 to 1.4 times the amount of erythritol.
