Description
Macaroni are thick, spaghetti-length hollow pasta and are famous all over the world. They are ideal for creamy sauces, as a side dish or in casseroles. The pasta is made by an Italian pastificio using the finest ingredients: pure durum wheat semolina and fresh spring water. The pasta is then gently dried at low temperatures to preserve the nutrients and all the aromas for traditional Italian cuisine of the best organic quality. Also suitable for vegan recipes!
Preparation: For 100 grams of pasta, bring 1 litre of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Drain and serve immediately or process further according to your recipe.
