This wine was matured for two months in an oak wood barrel and has a pleasantly velvety consistency. In addition, the concentrated, boiled grape must has a fresh, grape-like scent and a sweet, vinous taste. The Balsamic vinegar is perfect for everyday use for salad dressings and marinades.
