This ensures that only the best, shell-less pumpkin seeds are processed. The pumpkin seed mash is slowly roasted and gently mill pressed. My Omi, Trudi used to make Cabbage salad, potato salad, cucumber salad with similar. She was brought up in Wagna near Leibnitz and we all loved the food. this is as close as I have got to her food. It is wonderful
