Bio Aceto Balsamico Di Modena IGP is made according to a traditional recipe by boiling the must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes with wine vinegar. It is then matured to perfection in oak barrels. This premium quality organic balsamic vinegar is made with only pure, natural ingredients - naturally free of added colours (caramel) and thickeners!
