Turmeric is particularly versatile and can you help you breathe freely. It has a bright sunny yellow colour. The spicy, sweet and flowery flavour goes very well with apple strudel and salads. It is also deliciously refreshing when served as an iced tea. Refine with a little lemon juice for a great flavour. Ideal for summer barbecue parties.
