This hand-scooped Flor de Sal is a purely natural product. The salt crystals are dried in the sun, are unrefined, and do not contain any anti-caking agents, flavourings or other additives. The subtle scent of violets is also completely natural and is not caused by artificial fragrances.
It is best not to use the Flor de Sal for cooking. The Flor de Sal is perfect as a finishing salt to sprinkle over your food.
