To fully enjoy the flavour, grind the pepper onto your steak before you put it into the oven. The blend includes black Kampot pepper from Cambodia, Kalahari desert salt, red organic paprika, organic rosemary, organic onions, rare coconut sugar from Indonesia, organic garlic and Andaliman pepper and Tasmanian mountain pepper. Andaliman and Tasmanian peppers taste particularly great together and have a fruity sweetness and good amount of spicy kick.
