Japanese grilled poultry skewers are called Yakitori. The Stay Spiced! Yakitori Tofu - Grill Spice is perfect to use as a marinade for tofu skewers for the grill and also give every type of tofu dish an intense, spicy Asian flavour.
The spice mix contains a wonderfully balanced variety of flavours, including Szechuan pepper, garlic, shiitake, sesame and sumac. You will never think tofu tastes boring again!
