Description
Due to how well it bakes, the Type 700 flour is often used for making brown bread. The flour has a higher mineral content than Type W480, which gives the bread a darker colour.

Good white bread flour. Just be aware that if you are used to British bread flour you may find that the water absorption of this flour is lower. Once I had adjusted for this I got good results. Very pleased with the service from Piccantino, especially like that the products are packaged with a lot of care using recyclable materials.
