The organic Sunflower Mince is a new meat alternative made from 100% sunflower seeds. It is a great alternative to soy and has a very high protein content.
Simply moisten the sunflower mince with water and use it as a meat alternative to cook any dish where minced meat is normally used. The sunflower seeds give the dishes a slightly nutty note.

This is so handy - really tasty and doesn’t need to soak or cook for more than about 5 mins. In bolognese it’s difficult to distinguish from meat mince - texture and taste is really good.

My wife Permjit is a vegetarian through choice and although most of the Desi cooking she does as a Sikh is vegetable based, she was looking for an alternative to Pork Mince so that she could both make AND enjoy Keema.
This product is AMAZING!!! TBH I prefer Keema made with this over meat any day, and it is incredibly versatile. Use it for any mince based dish (Chilli, Enchiladas, you name it) and you will not be disappointed
