70% Uganda Labooko

  • This dark, single origin chocolate was created with Zotter's Semuliki signature cacao in the mountains of Uganda. 2,500 farmers belong to this social enterprise.
  • On the nose, this elegant chocolate is slightly earthy with molasses notes and a distinctive fermentation character. On the palate, it develops a lovely, jammy, fruity character with notes of red berries, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and caramel and fudge.
