Description
Mmm a delicious dessert chocolate! Figs are well known as classic desserts, and in this bar are paired with delicious port! In this case Zotter used the Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, which is matured in oak barrels. This port made into a delicious dark port wine ganache that features little pieces of figs. The bars are covered in dark chocolate that was sweetened with maple sugar.
