Description

Vorarlberg is known for its fine cheese specialities which is reflected in this delicious chocolate bar.

A mildly sweet ganache made of flavourful cheese rests on a fruity layer of mango, a dash of lime and Zotter Muscaris wine refined with aromatic spices including cinnamon, star anise and cloves.
A fine layer of sweet variety is coated in an extra-dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa.
