Description

Both blue and grey poppy seeds grow in Lower Austria, making it famous for its poppy blossoms and poppy cultivation.
The top layer of the filling consists of caramelised blue poppy seeds embedded in almond nougat while the pink, fruity layer is made from preserved cherries, cherry couverture, a hint of vanilla and soft marzipan.
A thin coating of dark milk chocolate with 50% cocoa encloses the two delicious, perfectly harmonised layers of filling.
