Description

Ebbe by Küstenglut from Ankerkraut is the perfect spice mix for dry-brining meat. It is composed of smoked salt, coconut blossom sugar, garlic, turmeric and smoked paprika. Free from flavour enhancers, additives, palm oil and anti-caking agents. For a juicy and tender result, rub the spice mix generously on the meat and refrigerate in an open container for a while before cooking.

Tips:

Take 1 teaspoon of Ebbe per 500 g of meat.
After Ebbe, it's time to use Flut - Ideally, season meat with Ebbe a day before. Add the perfect finishing touch to the meat after grilling with the Flut by Küstenglut spice mix.
