Description

Good Hair Day's Risotto ai Funghi Porcini contains delicious Arborio rice refined with porcini mushrooms. It is an excellent side for a variety of different dishes. The beautiful original packaging makes the risotto mix from Italy adds an attractive touch to your kitchen shelf and makes it perfect as a gift as well.

Method of preparation:
Sauté the risotto with the chopped onions in a little oil, season with salt and pepper. Add 850 ml water and cook. You can also add some vegetable stock during the cooking process. After it's been cooked, let it rest for a few minutes and stir in butter and Parmesan cheese before serving.
