Greenomic Risotto with Saffron, 250 g

Greenomic's Good Hair Day Risotto is a wonderful addition to a gift basket for anyone who loves original design! Risotto allo Zafferano is refined with aromatic saffron and lightly coloured with turmeric. This adds a touch of extra colour to the risotto and a fine aroma.

Method of Preparation:
Heat some olive oil in a pan and briefly sauté the risotto along with chopped onions, salt and pepper. Add 850 ml water and cook. You can also add some vegetable broth during the cooking process. Once cooked, let it rest briefly and stir in butter and garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
