nu3 Fit Protein Bread, 230 g

With this baking mix from nu3, you can quickly and easily bake fresh homemade bread at home. Perfect for a vegan, gluten-free and high-protein diet. The low-carb alternative tastes fantastic with nut butter or toasted and topped with lamb's lettuce, avocado and boiled egg. The dough can used to bake one loaf, four rolls or two baguettes.

Method of preparation:

• Add 250 lukewarm water to the baking mix and knead to make a smooth dough.
• Cover and rest the dough for 15 minutes.
• Shape into a loaf, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and score the top twice with a knife.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C (convection) for about 60 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200 °C and bake for a further 30 minutes. Keep the oven door closed during the baking process.
