Description

Rustichella's famous tagliolini are made with more eggs than usual, which gives them their unique taste. The egg pasta, which are only 1 mm wide, are coiled into nests by hand before being packaged. Because they are so thin, they cook quickly.

Tagliolini are perfect when served with thin and light sauces. A simple sauce with oil, herbs, some Parmigiano cheese and cracked black pepper, for example.
