This popular variety is prized for its sweet, delicate flavour and delicious, crunchy texture. Originally from Toritto in the upper Murgia region, they reflect the richness of biodiversity in Italy and add an exquisite culinary accent to your dishes. After harvesting, the almonds are gently air-dried in nets under the Apulian sun, thus ensuring a natural and intense flavour that complements first courses and salads as well as baked goods.
