Zabaione, sometimes also called zabaglione, is a typical dessert from Italy. The sweet, aromatic wine mousse is refined with Marsala Ambra Riserva 2004, an exquisite Marsala vintage that offers an intense experience for the palate. This dessert cream also contains fresh eggs from their own free-range hens and sugar from Italy. The fine cream in the glass jar is guaranteed to taste like it's been freshly prepared. Serving suggestion: serve the cream with biscuits and crunchy nuts.

The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
