Description
Only 2 more ingredients are required to prepare this delicious pudding by Dr. Oetker. Preparation is quick and easy and each sachet makes 4 servings.
Method of preparation for 4 servings:
- Take 500 ml milk in a saucepan.
- Mix the pudding powder with 40 g sugar (around 2 heaped tablespoons) in a bowl.
- Add 6 tablespoons milk (from the 500 ml milk above) and stir until smooth.
- Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the powder-milk mixture.
- Cook the pudding for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into bowls or cold-rinsed moulds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before turning out.
